REVIEW – One of the features that I always wanted in my basement was a bar. It took me some time but I eventually built it and have been spending time creating a friendly and cozy atmosphere. I think I succeeded because my wife loves to hang out down there and watch a movie while sipping on a drink, and friends love to drop by and do the same. So far, the drinks have just been the regular mixes like rum and coke, cognac, wine, etc. Now, with this Bartesian Duet Cocktail Maker, drinks should be “on a new level” :-).

Setup
To set up my Bartesian Duet Cocktail Maker, I simply washed the Spirit Bottles and the water reservoir. I added a 16oz bottle of water to the reservoir and vodka and tequila to the Spirit Bottles. I then inserted the Spirit Bottles into their respective spaces. I placed a Label Band on the bottle with Vodka since both the vodka and tequila are clear liquids. The next step was to put the capsule of my choice in the machine. Each capsule has an imprinted bar code that provides the Cocktail Maker with information on what to mix.
Performance
The Bartesian Duet Cocktail Maker performs well and makes the perfect cocktail mix every time. Using it is so easy and it gives me the opportunity to taste mixes that I would have never even thought about. Here is a video of the operation and performance:

Final thoughts
The Bartesian Duet Cocktail Maker is a wonderful machine that can make a Bartender out of just about anyone. Since I opened the box and set it up on my bar, it has been the focal point of every Friday and Saturday night hangout. I am yet to taste one mix that I do not like. And, if you look at the lead photo, you will see that I even bought the capsule drawer so that I always have enough mixes on hand! Well done and two thumbs way up!!
